High Potential Inspire Program

Invest in your future leadership with this program for high performers inspiring them to discover their strengths, learn leadership skills, and envision themselves as a true leader.

High performers learn management and leadership skills by understanding leadership core competencies that provide relevant on-the-job context with real-life examples, resulting in personal and professional performance improvement. The program focuses on the role and responsibilities of leadership including values, principles, and the importance of building a positive sales team culture.

Candidates will have the opportunity to gain management and leadership skills through a focused, intensive three-month program.

Candidates learn functional excellence, cross-functional alignment, roles and responsibilities of a First Line Manager, and the importance of building an effective and compassionate company culture through mindful leadership. Teams will solve company challenges by acquiring the skills taught in the TQM Six Step Problem Solving Process. At the program conclusion each cross-functional team presents their solution findings to the CEO and executive team. Participants gain a clear understanding of their role as a leader in the GTM organization and develop an awareness of outstanding performance.

Executive Coaching

One-on one coaching for those that want growth and development in both their professional and personal lives.

A holistic approach is applied and focuses on moving from “current state” to “desired state” while identifying any gaps that impede the client’s progress toward achieving their success. Our approach is to inventory and assess the gaps and create an actionable set of measurable recommendations, as we believe, “What gets measured gets done.”

Many executives do not fully understand the challenges faced by first line managers in global companies. Being a first line manager is the hardest job in any global company, as these managers face pressure from customers, partners, their own management team, and their employees. However, most companies do not invest in the development and support of first line managers, instead focusing on tools, methodologies, and technology for sales representatives.
